The objective of this project is to provide the Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, with the environmental technical support necessary to prepare appropriate documentation for complying with the National Environmental Policy Act and to review Environmental Reports, Environmental Monitoring Plans and Outlines and Mitigation Action Plans for approved clean coal technology projects.

An Environmental Impact Statement was prepared for the Healy Clean Coal Project in Healy, Alaska.
