Future Materials Science Lunch Seminar Series |
- The Materials Science Lunch Seminar Series seeks to foster better awareness of work performed at ORNL on issues related to materials science, condensed matter physics, and materials chemistry, to encourage wide internal scientific discussions on such topics, and to generate opportunities for research collaborations among ORNL staff members.
Seminars are held approximately every other Wednesday, subject to conference room availability. Bring your lunch (brownbag or from the cafeteria) and meet at 12:00 in one of the Tennessee rooms above the cafeteria (Bldg. 5200, Room 202). The talks are given from 12:15-12:45 p.m.
To nominate speakers, including junior staff members and experienced postdocs, or to volunteer as speaker, please contact one of the committee members: Hans Christen, Pete Tortorelli, Brian Sales, Malcolm Stocks, Tony Haynes, Parans Paranthaman, and Steve Nagler.
Please help us make this series a success by attending, participating in discussions, and nominating speakers!
