  • Twin lens (±60° tilt), pre-CompuStage
  • Image plates
  • Specimen holders for rotation, cooling, heating, straining

Current Research Activities:

  • EFTEM elemental mapping and TEM spectrum lines at ~1 nm resolution
  • TEM of ferromagnetic or thick specimens
  • In-situ straining experiments
