Mary Lynn enjoys supporting the scientific and technical work performed at ORNL. She started her career with 4 years at Manufacturing Sciences Corporation working with engineers processing uranium for High Energy Physics experiments. Then she joined CTI where medical imaging Positron Emission Tomography (PET) machines were produced. Before coming to the Laboratory in 2000, Mary Lynn spent several years at M4 (Martin Marietta Molten Metals) where contaminated material recovery and recycling was the technical goal. Mary Lynn greatly enjoys working with the R&D staff engineers and technicians in the Materials Processing Group.
