Ensure that project objectives are met; monitor and control project
using earned- value system; develop and prepare annual budgetary proposal;
ensure quality assurance requirements are met; and transfer technology
as required.
- 1995-1997:
Technical Program Manager Energy Research Laboratory Technology Research
(Partnership) Program. Established program objectives, set funding
priorities, developed performance standards (performance and merit
reviews) through liaison with sponsor, and ensured that objectives
and deliverables of DOE and industrial partners were met.
- 1993
-1995: Technical Assistant to the Associate Laboratory Directors (ALD)
for Physical Sciences and Advanced Materials and the Advanced Neutron
Source, ORNL. Supported and assisted the ALDs in the technical, administrative,
and financiai activities of the directorates.

Ion microscope/microprobe (CAMECA ims 4f) used to study surfaces,
interfaces, semiconductor growth and diffusion, particle analysis,
and isotope ratios.

satellite emission deveioped as a probe of the near- and sub-surface
