Research Interests:

Mr. Miller’s interests include process development in a wide range of joining processes including arc, electron beam and laser welding and particularly flux-assisted Gas Tungsten Arc Welding.  Other interests are involved with weldability and materials joining development for a variety of alloys systems including stainless steels, nickel and cobalt based superalloys, aluminum and refractory alloys. He has contributed to a variety of publications and presentations in the areas welding process and material weldability development.
