Tungsten Halogen Lamp Line Heater

The line heater utilizes a single tunsten-halogen quartz lamp and an internal eliptical reflector to focus high amounts of radiant energy along the reflector's external focal line. The line heater is well suited for heating parts under 0.125-in thick to a maximum temperature of 300°C. Applications include, but are not limited to, metal annealing, plastic forming, weld stress relieving, and brazing.
