The SHaRE User Facility is directly associated with The Microscopy Group in the Materials Science & Technology (MST) Division at ORNL. SHaRE staff are also members of The Microscopy Group and are responsible for (1) operating and maintaining instrumentation and capabilities, (2) collaborating with or training users on specific instruments, and (3) technique/software updates and development. Staff members collaborate with all users on their research projects and provide an advanced level of expertise in the particular type of characterization technique being utilized.
